GARRATT LANE

Built in 1792, Upper Wandle House on Garrett Lane involved extensive changes to an existing office building, giving way to 2 generous, 4+ bedroom family homes complete with spacious gardens and open terraces at high level. There was extensive work to the rear of the site where dilapidated garages were removed and extended towards. To the street side, the frontage was carefully retained and a subtle new addition was built in keeping with the existing Georgian character. The roof was also raised to give way to lofty bedrooms spaces.
