FELSHAM ROAD

The building was formerly the headquarters of the Liberal Democrats. It featured a shop frontage for their offices and utilised the ground and basement level with a self-contained flat at 1st floor level. MGA was commissioned to convert the ground floor and basement into a 3 bedroom flat with associated amenity space and to revise the ground floor frontage so it became more in keeping with the local vernacular.
